NEW YORK – (February 1, 2021) announced that Wes Blessard (LinkedIn: has joined the company as Territory Sales Manager, servicing the Mid-Atlantic region.

Wes brings a deep belief in customer service and a track record of successful sales leadership and client relationship development to the position.

Wes has built a 20-year career in sales, starting at ground level and quickly rising to management by consistently demonstrating his ability to build, coach and inspire sales teams, create and maintain customer satisfaction, manage a busy and growing office, and increase gross and net profits.

To get there, Wes has led an interesting life. As he relates:

“I don’t feel I chose sales, but rather that sales chose me. I was about 12 years old when I started selling my cousins’ and my lawnmowing services to my neighbors, and I realized I enjoyed knocking on doors. Then I took the classic newsboy job, hustling newspaper subscriptions until I was eligible for a teenage worker’s permit and a sales job at another cousin’s Kinney shoes store. This was my first real taste of sales to “cold” customers.

“As I grew older my uncle would always tell fascinating stories of how the railroad life was such a wonderful adventure, so I joined up with Norfolk Southern Railroad, first as a conductor and then as an engineer. Many adventures followed, including a stint in the Military Police, all contributing to my personal and professional growth. But in the end, I realized again that sales was my calling.

“I have found that my heart is fullest when I’m helping people achieve their desires, and that investing in individual relationships is my true passion. I have continued this in my personal and professional life, and on the basketball court for many years as an AAU and high school girls’ and Division 3 collegiate women’s basketball coach.
