Nadler Modular Structures has a proud history dating back to its founding over 30 years ago in providing quality modular structures to the U.S. Government and military. As an approved federal GSA contractor, our specialized team has decades of experience in delivering a variety of permanent and temporary modular building solutions. Nadler’s buildings meet specific construction and fabrication requirements for projects located at secure government facilities and other government locations.
Among the most recent military building projects that Nadler has had the honor of delivering is for the New Jersey division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). This group of over 37,000 dedicated civilians and soldiers worldwide are tasked with delivering vital public and military engineering services and partnering in peace and war to strengthen our Nation’s security, energize the economy and reduce risks from disasters.
The Nadler Modular Structures partnership with the USACE complements Nadler’s past projects with other branches of the U.S. Military, including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
After an open GSA contractor bid process, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers selected Nadler Modular Structures for the project at the New York District, based on our strong reputation in delivering on-time government projects and local available resources onhand.
The project itself entailed the fabrication and installation of several modular offices for the USACE staff along with connected bathrooms and break areas. In addition to the new units, the Nadler team also removed the existing onsite structures and cleared the area. From the contract being awarded, through completing the fabrication process, and delivery, the total project time was kept under 90 days for a successful on-time, on-budget project.
Upon the successful project in the New York District, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the St. Louis District also called upon Nadler Modular to deliver a similar design and set of structures at another security facility. This second project is well underway and the government team at Nadler looks forward to delivering another on-time, on-budget solution to the USACE.
